President and Senior Consultant
Serena is a highly accomplished professional with a passion for driving strategic growth and organizational transformation. With an impressive educational background, including a B.A. cum laude in Organizational Behavior, Psychology, and Economics from Yale University, and a Master's degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University, Serena brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. Her strategic thinking, leadership acumen, and a track record of delivering exceptional results to every endeavor she undertakes has propelled a storied career in consulting and executive leadership.
Serena began her career in the advertising industry in her hometown of New York, where she quickly rose to become the youngest vice president in the history of Ogilvy & Mather. Her clients included Unilever, Richardson-Vicks, Chesebrough-Ponds, and other major CPG brands. From there, she moved with her family to the Midwest and later to the West Coast, and broadened her professional experience to encompass developing breakthrough commercial and brand strategies, building sales and marketing organizations, and driving impressive revenue gains in retail sales channels. The clients and companies with whom she worked included Libbey Glass, Nationwide Financial Services, MASCO, Owens Corning, ProMedica Health System-Consultants in Laboratory Medicine, and many others.
Most recently, Serena was Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales at Meyer Corporation, the second largest cookware manufacturer in the world. At Meyer, she led transformations in the structure, culture and performance of the company’s sales and marketing functions, driving impressive growth in the ecommerce and performance marketing arenas.

Senior Consultant
Since 1990, Linda has been a practicing coach and consultant, working with leaders of over 45 companies in healthcare, financial services, higher education, professional services, manufacturing and retail sectors. Prior to this role, she served in corporate and operational leadership roles for a large retailer.
Linda is also the CEO and Managing Partner of Leader OnBoarding. She has professional training in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and uses a pragmatic approach in serving as an advisor to senior management.
Linda holds a master’s degree and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois (Chicago) and has served as a member of the Executive Education faculty at The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business. She is certified in a number of assessment tools and consulting methodologies.

Consultant
Brett is a proven commercial leader whose has spent his career building and growing brand and product portfolios for diverse industry leaders. With marketing, product development, and sales experience spanning the alcoholic beverage, CPG, food & beverage packaging, and consumer goods industries, Brett has established himself as a seasoned commercial strategist championing consumer-centric strategies that drive brand relevance, strengthen engagement, and position companies for long-term success.
Brett began his commercial career in Nagoya, Japan in the international sales office at the world’s leading foundry equipment manufacturer. After returning to the US, he began the journey that would take him from the Mid-Atlantic to the West Coast and expand his professional skillset working with B2C and B2B brands in CPG and consumer goods brand and product marketing, category, channel and retail merchandising, global and regional marketing, key account management, and technology sales and consulting. These skills were honed at industry leaders such as Sintokogio, Lexmark, Philip Morris, Whirlpool, and O-I Glass.
Most recently, Brett was Director of New Product Development at Delicato Family Wines, the fifth-largest winery in America. At DFW, he oversaw the innovation pipeline and product life cycle for the brand portfolio. His team managed all product development projects including launching brand and category innovations, packaging redesigns, cost-saving initiatives, and a major merger integration.
Brett received his MBA from The College of William & Mary and a BA in East Asian Studies from Washington & Lee University. He has also completed the Wine Executive Program at the UC Davis Graduate School of Management.

Saga Shoffner’s career has been spent building brands and nurturing relationships. She has been a leading voice in groundbreaking branding efforts that create a passionate connection between the company and its consumers’ values.
At Nike she was responsible for leading breakthrough consumer communications for one of the strongest global brands in recent history while advancing in a variety of advertising and branding positions. This included leading communications for “Just Do It” brand initiatives and leading production of award – winning campaigns.
In 2011 Saga took a leap and left Portland, Oregon for Toledo, Ohio to work for Owens-Illinois as VP of Global Communications and Brand Marketing. Saga was a key catalyst in O-I’s evolution from “making glass packaging” to “becoming a global glass brand.” She led the creation of the organization’s first global brand campaign, “Glass Is Life”, which created a global voice for glass and a rallying cry from O-I.
In recent years it was time for a new chapter. As a leader and manager Saga was always interested in the strengths of the people. What are they best at? Where can they be most productive and happiest? Being a Gallup-Certified Strengths coach allows Saga to use her decades of corporate experience and apply her own strengths to helping people be their best selves at work and in life.
